Aim of the course and of the project was getting familiar with the Business Strategy frameworks, Marketing Analysis tools and the Lean Startup Approach to develop a new Business Model. The final deliverable for the course was a Business Plan presented to Sony Music Italy, proposing a podcast platform with particular focus on podcasters considered potential new talents.
